    1. To recognize and believe that all people are capable of personal growth, development and change. 
    2. To recognize, build and use our own strengths and abilities to help others learn how to recognize, build and use their strengths and abilities to enhance their well-being and the well-being of the people around them.
    3. To recognize that we can be powerful role models in the way that we work and interact with others and commit to being the best model that we can for our children, our families, and others.
    4. To relate and communicate with others as equal and important colleagues throughout the treatment process.
    5. To create a positive and nurturing environment that makes others feel important and special to us.
